吃太多冰後如何調理身體?
▶️按摩關元穴、足三里穴 (虛寒者也可使用艾灸)
▶️熱敷腹部(易經痛或腸胃不適者)
▶️平時多運動出汗

若真想吃冰該怎麼吃?
▶️在一日之中最熱的時間吃(建議飯後隔一小時)
▶️少量慢慢吃
▶️空腹太久、或飯後半小時內不吃冰
▶️運動後勿立即吃冰(涼飲可)
▶️易經痛或其他經行不適症狀者,月經前一週與經期中勿吃
▶️易頭痛或鼻過敏發作期間勿吃
